When there is background noise or the setting/environment is loud, Ava struggles to "hear" and discern words to caption properly. It would be nice if Ava had the capability (as many hearing aids and other assistive technologies do) to discern dominant voices and focus on the loudest voice close by so that caption quality could be better.

With SpeakerID it’s annoying to have to label the same family members each time when using the app in family meet ups with deaf relatives.

It would be useful to integrate the hearing aid microphones with the AVA application.

it would be nice if it would tell u if dog is barking or door opened

Have AVA automatically turn on with vibration and flashing whenever a voice is heard around you. This will prevent people from reaching for your shoulder and startling you.
