It would be nice if I could edit the size of the live caption box when I just want to watch videos on my phone. I would also appreciate the option for a transparent caption background so it's not visually distruptive.

When there is background noise or the setting/environment is loud, Ava struggles to "hear" and discern words to caption properly. It would be nice if Ava had the capability (as many hearing aids and other assistive technologies do) to discern dominant voices and focus on the loudest voice close by so that caption quality could be better.

I would like options to disable or enable the multiple speakers detection. I would like a way to lock it into a single speaker mode. Currently it keeps trying to detect speakers even when I know there's only one speaker. This affects caption quality and readability significantly. I would prefer to translate right away without attempting to assign to speakers, only using multiple speakers in ideal conditions.

If there is line break available it will be really good to catch the caption to understand :)

For paying users, remove the session limits or allow to extend without closing and restarting. This is the most frustrating thing about Ava. Most of my conversations are meetings or church services which run longer than 40 min. And no, Ava Pro doesn't work for my situation.

I am with low or no signal, or on airplane mode frequently, and have compared your app to otter.io . Although otter handles punctuation better, I love that yours works in the background, as well as off-line… Somewhat. The problem is, it loses the transcribed text as soon as the app closes. Could you complete this functionality? Either by creating a buffer that stores files off-line, or, at least give a pop-up window with an option to share, before losing it?

Can the app be made to select language it captions per device?

Suppose you’re deaf and trying to have a conversation with someone. You can’t have interruptions. Pop-ups are very annoying and interrupt my train of thought. It appears from looking over the numerous posts other people have the same complaint. I just bought a year’s subscription. Did I make a mistake? Come up with a plan to modify your setup so we can turn it off. You have my email address. I was hoping you could send me a letter about this feedback. I have some ideas for you.
