Hi, is it possible to add Hebrew?

Please add the join a conversation features to the new app. The new app seems to have way less features that the previous app. It's very disappointing. We use AVA at our church and new app does not work for us.

It would be nice if Ava could identify the different speakers that are speaking by using indents or symbols to indicate as such or even use Person 1, Person 2 or new speaker, Speaker 1, 2, etc so one can differentiate who is speaking.

For paying users, remove the session limits or allow to extend without closing and restarting. This is the most frustrating thing about Ava. Most of my conversations are meetings or church services which run longer than 40 min. And no, Ava Pro doesn't work for my situation.

Your app still crashing and there are other problems that needs fixing, including the dual mic set, that your company recommends, can’t be set as default mic. It needs to be fixed but it can’t be fix until after you the app stop crashing.

When there is background noise or the setting/environment is loud, Ava struggles to "hear" and discern words to caption properly. It would be nice if Ava had the capability (as many hearing aids and other assistive technologies do) to discern dominant voices and focus on the loudest voice close by so that caption quality could be better.

I would like options to disable or enable the multiple speakers detection. I would like a way to lock it into a single speaker mode. Currently it keeps trying to detect speakers even when I know there's only one speaker. This affects caption quality and readability significantly. I would prefer to translate right away without attempting to assign to speakers, only using multiple speakers in ideal conditions.

Hello @AvaScribe, I want to bring to your attention some quality concerns with your app. During a medical appointment yesterday, I couldn’t follow your transcription because of so many errors. (See photo screenshots) This is not equitable.

Suppose you’re deaf and trying to have a conversation with someone. You can’t have interruptions. Pop-ups are very annoying and interrupt my train of thought. It appears from looking over the numerous posts other people have the same complaint. I just bought a year’s subscription. Did I make a mistake? Come up with a plan to modify your setup so we can turn it off. You have my email address. I was hoping you could send me a letter about this feedback. I have some ideas for you.
