Im have the the exact same problem

It has become so frustrating because I am not able to follow anybody in the groups

The app also just stops working and then will not restart again to record anyone

Have the same problem. Have been contacted by Emily. Yet did not resolve the issue. Kept beating around the bush to try a bunch of things, but not resolve the actual issue. Now she’s not responding at all when the issue persists.

Thanks for reaching out. In general captioning services have a hard time captioning in loud noisy environments. But don't worry, we have a help article with tips and tricks that will Ava caption better in noise environments
